Every care is taken to make sure your purchase arrives to you in the condition it was when you made the decision to purchase it.  

Shipping and Handling

All cars and trucks are carefully bubble wrapped and placed in a crush resistant box normally with additional packing peanuts to fill remaining voids.  The box will be clearly labeled with multiple “Fragile” markings and normally shipped USPS priority mail which means it is tracked and insured for safe travels and delivery.  

I want you to be happy with your purchase and join the long list of repeat customers around the globe.   That being said, I understand that things happen and situations can quickly change so the return policy is designed to give you comfort with your purchase before, during, and after the sale.

With that in mind I have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tag, and in its original box and packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that i can determine what should be done to make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
